Our vision

Shining Bees offers pathways to organizations that want to create a truly inclusive organizational spirit for all. In Shining Bees, we believe that differences in skin, gender and ethnicity should be overcome by a broader concept that starts from one point: we are all humans and we all have a need to feel valued for who we are.

Bees don’t wait for weekends to start being who they are.

Hives do not even conceive a separated life, a 9-to-5 life for working and a personal one left in the spaces in between. 

We believe that, in order to move the world toward an ecological and sustainable transition, it is necessary to work on transforming the deep values of humanity. To work in this direction, Shining Bees wants to promote an organizational culture based on the values of transparency and sharing. Companies should become beehives, aiming to create and share a new pure nectar for human beings who want to live in an ethical and sustainable way.

Our vision applies to all kinds of organizations, from couples and families to school and office life until big international corporations and governments.

People who live in line with their purpose are happy and have fulfilling lives.

 

This state is essential for a sustainable human society in which people donate their talents for higher purposes.

In Shining Bees we believe that there are no people less useful to society. Everyone is essential to the human ecosystem, an ecosystem that must relearn to live in harmony with itself and the planet. Everyone brings with them a unique and useful talent. Identifying and allowing this talent to flourish is the key step in the development of humanity.

In Shining Bees we all agree on the reality of inclusiveness. This means that we cannot even imagine differences related to skin color, gender, sexual or religious orientation. We are all just human beings.

What we are aiming for is emotional inclusiveness. We know that we are going through a phase in the evolution of society where job spaces are shared by people who have different approaches to emotions. Some are open, warm and self-aware; others are cold, fearful and unbalanced.

There is a need for a more enlightened people management that takes care of people’s natural disposition, their talents, their ability to express themselves, encouraging them to overcome fear by following their own pace.
