Who is it for?

Shining Bees’ corporate coaching program is especially aimed at talent, that is, people who are slated to become managers and are managing a team for the first time.

The purpose of coaching

Shining bees supports first-time managers with immediately usable in-company training courses and individual pathways. We are convinced that without full self-awareness one is only half a manager. If you are not happy with who you are, you tend to prevaricate others in a logic of competition that we consider outdated, as it does not benefit the team but gives questionable and unsound results.

Come si svolge

Step 1

Once the participants are identified by the company, we structure a common course, that is, aimed at identifying the basic courses that first-time managers need such as, for example, the feedback course.

Step 2

We proceed with one-on-one interviews in order to understand the candidates’ motivations and expectations, the strengths and weaknesses each person feels they possess. We set a goal and metrics for measuring results with the person.

Step 3

A method for evaluating the entire project and measurement intervals is worked out with the company and candidates. In doing so, we have a dashboard of data that allows Shining Bees and the company to evaluate the actions taken and make any corrections as they go along.
