At Shining Bees, we believe that there are no more or less useful people in society, but that everyone is indispensable to the human ecosystem. In a beehive, there are no unhappy and unproductive bees. Similarly, in human organizations, from families to large companies, each person carries a unique and valuable aspect for their own development and the community to which they belong. People who align with their purpose are happy and lead fulfilling lives. This state is fundamental to creating a socially sustainable society, where individuals contribute their talents for purposes beyond themselves. An enlightened organization, made up of shining bees, is committed to promoting talent, unleashing the capabilities of each member, striving for the best for oneself, for the bee, and for the rest of the surrounding organic world.

Speech and conferences
Shining Bees is interested in promoting a new culture within all organizations, ranging from small-scale setups like families or offices to multinational companies, governments, and institutions. In particular, we believe it’s necessary to reconstruct social environments to encourage cooperation among individuals. We want to learn from beehives in serving the higher purpose we are destined for, so as to share techniques and methods that enable us to live each day to its fullest. We are interested in participating in working groups, workshops, conferences, and meetings to engage with individuals who share our common goal.
Areas of research
Shining Bees promotes a new organizational culture in which people feel included in the organization and, at the same time, valued for their uniqueness.
There’s a common paradox when it comes to inclusivity: the level of inclusion within an organization is quantitatively measured based on the diversity of labels present; the more diverse labels, the more inclusive the organization is perceived to be. This inevitably leads to categorizing differences. Here lies the paradox: without labeling people into groups, there is no inclusion.
We strongly oppose this approach because we believe that true inclusion is about a person’s ability to express their talent and receive thoughtful feedback with coherence and an open mind.
Therefore, we aim to create a new methodology for measuring inclusion and are seeking partners who want to support us in this mission.
It’s obvious that at Shining Bees, we do not perceive any differences based on origin, gender, or sexual orientation of individuals. We have moved beyond that. We are also aware that we are living in a transitional phase between a past where emotional education was not a common practice and a future where awareness and acceptance will be integral to growth. This is the world we intend to build, starting with individuals and organizations of people. We believe that the crucial point lies in restructuring corporate personnel management. We envision a working world that takes into account people’s nature, their ability to express themselves, whether they are inhibited by fear or not, in order to build healthy and fertile emotional ecosystems.
It is only through contact with others that we understand ourselves, learn, and collide, thus evolving, parallel to and in harmony with the ecosystem that we contribute to building in this way. At Shining Bees, we are continuously engaged in the study of communication techniques in various social contexts, simultaneously exploring the benefits that greater self-awareness can bring to different communicative settings. We understand that language can be used as a tool for discrimination, but we firmly believe that the issue lies not in neutral suffixes, but rather in learning to think with a neutral and non-judgmental mind.
“Bees don’t wait for the weekend to start living. Likewise, a life lived holding one’s breath for five days, waiting to revive during the weekend, is not sustainable. People who are not satisfied with their lives tend to consume more, as well as wear out more quickly. We believe that environmental sustainability cannot be discussed without a collective reflection on the daily well-being of individuals, the bees that act in this enormous world-hive.
We have developed practical tools, techniques, and ideas that work on two fronts: on one hand, they support people in understanding themselves better and valuing their uniqueness, to comprehend it and make it available to the community. Such as the ‘Singular Coaching’ and the ‘Persona Feedback Program.’ On the other hand, we have developed tools for companies that want to create a conducive environment for the real inclusion of all precious human beings as such, to benefit the business and the world system at large.
